Man this was slow. I wanted it that way and I kept it that way. It wasn't too cold, but I was dressed like it was. I think Bob was the only one wearing shorts.
I ran a few strides behind everyone today through the slavery museum, and again back down Cowan. I didn't move to the front until we went by the bus station again. Then I picked it up through the end. It seems like I have to go farther and farther each week to get 8.
I've been so tired though, so I took it real easy.
