Bob, Justin and Matt met me at 5am. Matt shouldn't have been running, probably. He and Bob took the Dan-loop, leaving me and Justin to run silently for the remaining 3 miles. He picked up the pace throughout the run, despite me lagging about 10 meters behind him the whole time. He'd run 12 miles over the weekend compared to my 30. I was tired. This was day 5 of my silence.
