Yesterday my mom and I drove down to Duck for the day to do some rehearsal dinner research. I slept in this morning and a thunderstorm woke me up. It stopped raining by the time I got out the door, but I found myself in a drizzle for a few miles between 2 & 4. The weather was great-- low humidity, cloudy, and cool.
I tried to keep the last 4 miles under 6:30 and it felt a little more difficult than I would have liked. I don't know why I'm so tired.
