There was a little bit of rain this morning when I went out with a headache to meet JD, Bob and Justin. I convinced them to do the longer morning loop to get 7 in instead of just 6. The conversation was entertaining, as always, and the pace was progressively faster throughout the end, but never fast. So it was nice. I was happy to run a little slower today since I ran faster yesterday in the heat and tomorrow I plan to go longer.
Zoo today, then lifting. Hopefully we don't get too wet at the zoo.
