The semester ended a month ago and I had this grand ambition that I would start running consistently right away and be in better shape today than I am. It hasn't really happened, but looking at my calendar, the month of May looks a lot more like it should. I ran 26 out of 31 days. I ran a race (slowly) and did a workout (painfully). Hopefully the trend will continue into June. Onwards and upwards.
