I haven't posted in a while, and for that I am sorry. One day I'll get to posting a Philly race report, if anyone still cares.
My right ankle is in pain and I have no idea why. I was fine all day yesterday and I was leaving the building. Somehow, all of the sudden, when I was outside in the parking lot, it hurt. Right at the outside of the ankle, down towards the middle of the heal. It's tight and it feels like it's swollen. I have no idea. Nothing happened to it. Seriously, nothing. I was walking. I don't know if I should roll it around, use the stick, or what. I took some ibuprofen last night and some more just now. I will probably ice it today. I didn't run this morning, but I plan to run this afternoon. We'll see.
Sucks.
