Short Intervals

Yesterday was a very long day!

Jimmy and I were going to do a workout on Tuesday, but I didn't feel good when I woke up so before getting there I asked if we could push it to Wednesday. I'm happy I did. I felt a lot better waking up yesterday. I'd slept a lot better the night before. We went down to the track and saw some ladies there wearing flashlights. The workout was 5 times 1.5 miles at 5:30 pace.

I had some trouble settling into the pace at first, but then I settled in and things started to click. The goal was to run 8:15 for each interval. Here are my splits. Check it out!
