I went alone today, and I'm happy about it. I could go slow at the beginning and then pick it up. I did some lamp post strides and felt pretty good. I saw another runner and scared him, but didn't mean to. I thought he'd seen me when we were running towards each other, but then he almost tripped over his own feet when I was going past him below the college.
I wonder what my classroom will look like today after not being in it really for two days. I hope I remember how to teach.
