Charlie and Alison came in last night as a surprise for Charlie's birthday. He was fooled. We went to dinner and had some drinks last night, I slept in today. It was nice. We went out for an easy 8 through town. Matt met us at Hanover. Pretty uneventful.
Just under 60 in 6 days. Maybe I can run 7 times next week. If I keep up the long run, I'll be able to get back to where I want to be sooner than later.
