I didn't run again this morning. I've been going to sleep too late each night.
After WG track, I went to do a hill workout at Chatham. They've put down new gravel on the road, the footing was pretty bad. I was slipping a lot on the left side of the road so I moved to the right and it was a little better. I don't think I'll go back there for a while, at least until the gravel is packed in a lot better. I did 4 x 45/90. My first 45 ended up being my farthest, while the 90s got progressively longer. I was amazed at how short my first 90 was! I didn't get as far as I would have liked on my 4th. My arms felt really weird the whole time... almost flat. It's probably because I stopped doing push-ups and planks about a month ago for no real reason. I did them again tonight for the first time and it was painful.
I'm going to try to get up tomorrow morning and do another workout with Matt. Hopefully I get to bed at a reasonable hour...
