I woke up limping and didn't want to do the workout. When I shared this with Bob and Dan, Bob essentially told me to "man up." That's all I needed.
We were doing 2,4,6,4,2 (minutes) with 2 minutes recovery. I set the watch to keep me between 5:20 and 5:40, to make sure I was on race pace at least. It went pretty well. The first 4 was probably the roughest, and averaged the slowest. The recovery was sufficient-- I think this would make a great workout to do two sets of in the summer, when I have time, to really make it burn.
