Bob and I did 2 sets of 5 x 40/20 (seconds on/off) with 5 minutes recovery between sets. I think that 5 minutes was too much or I should have done 3 sets. It was nice to go fast but not too taxing. We did it on the Turkey Trot course, so some of the splits in the 2nd set reflect the hills.
Sunday is the Sweethearts 4Miler. They're calling for something ridiculous like 3 feet of snow between Friday and Saturday, so we'll see what happens. I am planning to go long on Saturday before the race anyway.
Back to Ashland today for Day 2 of EdTech. School will be open on time today.
