Met up with the normal morning group for an easy 6. It was very easy. However, when I woke up this morning my hamstring was sore. It wasn't really sore before my massage yesterday, but today it was a bit tender. So I foam-rolled it before going out this morning. It didn't bother me on the run, but we were going pretty slow. I will work on it some more today before doing hills tomorrow.
It's supposed to snow or rain this week. I'm not looking forward to that at all...
