I woke up without much pain, and started running with less pain that yesterday. Jack, Nick, Bob and I went out to the battlefield, out and back to Landsdowne. Nick left us at the end of Lee Drive to continue with Amanda, and then Jack and I did a figure-8 on the shell trail. It was very uneventful. We averaged 7:25, but I don't know how much faster than that I could have gone. I wore a shirt and regretted it almost 5 minutes in, because it was a lot warmer than yesterday. Not as nice of a day for weather in general, but warmer nonetheless. The race is in a week and I'm confident that my leg will be fine, especially since there is no reason for me to find myself on the track racing with children this week...
Happy Mother's Day, Mom! (If you're reading...)
