There is nothing fun about 4:30 in the morning

I know that all of the people that I run with have seen this video but I wanted to share it with the 2 other people who read my blog. It's perfect. Granted I've only done 4 triathlons in my life (all sprints), I can see this being a conversation I have one day.




The website that was used to make this, Xtranormal, is one that I learned about in my Educational Technology class that I took this past spring.
