I woke up to good news; I've got a comp hotel room. So I'll go down tonight. Bob and Tim didn't show up, so I ran alone. It was hard not to keep the pace slow enough. I did lamppost strides into a big headwind. The run was pretty easy though. I hope it's not this windy tomorrow in Williamsburg.
