Met up with Justin, JD and Dan, but no one else wanted to workout. I planned to do two sets of 5 40/20s. I accidently ran 6 each time, and then my watch thought I was going to do three sets instead of two. So that was just confusing for me. But I did fine; on the 20s I ran back to the others just to keep myself focused. It was a good workout for how short it was. I was working hard on the 40s to get some sting in my legs after taking Wednesday off.
